Grilled cheese Sandwich

I love me some grilled cheese sandwiches. Why? Because it was the easiest thing you could make as a child. Mr. Jonathan Kaplan came up with a great idea with opening up a chain of grilled cheese restaurants that is combine with fast food and high tech.  Mr. Kaplan hopes to open 25 to 50 restaurants within the next year and about 500 across the country within five years.

Before grilled cheese idea Mr. Kaplan started pure digital, a company where flip video a simple pocket-sized video camera pave the way for an entire market. After Cisco Systems Inc. bought pure digital, Mr. Kaplan wanted to give his idea of opening a chain of grilled cheese sandwiches a go. I hope Mr. Kaplan would think about opening up some restaurants in the south for us grilled chesse lover down here.
